As a result of my stay in Yellow Brick, I will show an in situ spatial installation made of “thin skins’, which offers my sculptures created here a home, a residence and a place to stay. Through an audio play, the space can be experienced linearly in time, similar to a movie, except that instead of the images moving, you move through the space yourself. The sculptures and the installation are an examination of Greek cinema (Greek weird wave) and my view of it, shaped by Vienna, as a parable for the attempt, as a foreigner, to break through a distanced view and to absorb effects in an unknown city with all senses and openness.
